Shipping Policy
At Gaskell Jewelry, every order is handled with care, discretion, and attention to detail. Because fine jewelry is valuable and often made or prepared individually, our shipping process is designed to protect both the piece and the client.
Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and processed once payment has been confirmed.
In-stock pieces are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Custom, personalized, resized, or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated before or after purchase depending on the item.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped through secure, insured carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, depending on the destination and value of the item.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the address and the selected service.
Insured Shipping
All fine jewelry shipments are sent with insurance for the full purchase value whenever applicable. For security reasons, tracking information may be limited or handled with discretion.
Gaskell Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.
Signature Requirement
For the safety of your purchase, a signature may be required upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Gaskell Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, Gaskell Jewelry is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the client may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request.
Clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Gaskell Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or international regulations.
Pick-Up or Local Delivery
For select clients, local pick-up or private delivery may be available in Miami, Florida, by prior arrangement only. Identification and signature confirmation may be required at the time of delivery or pick-up.
Shipping Delays
We make every effort to ship orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to production, resizing, quality control, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or security review.
If your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@gaskelljewelry.com with photos of the packaging and item.
Claims for damaged or lost packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will work with the carrier and insurance provider to review the claim.
Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
